Extreme FH is now seeking serious athletes to compete in various US Field Hockey Sanctioned Events year-round. We are looking for athletes who want to commit to train and compete as a team year-round in tournaments such as the Disney Classic in Florida and the Club Championships in Virginia as well as other top tournaments locally and Nationally.
We will begin our preparation for these tournaments this Fall, practicing Sundays, Nov.- Feb. at ForeKicks in Norfork and Wheaton College (Norton, MA) and March-August at Canton High Turf(MA)
There will be 3 teams:
U14, U16 and U19.

New England Sports Academy
in Westwood, MA to offer a combination field hockey skills session and speed/strength training program.
3 week program
2 hours each class *6:30-8:30 PM

$150 per session.

Each session is 2 hrs. 1 hour of field hockey instruction with Extreme Coaches Christine O'Connor and/or Kelly McGowan and 1 hour of speed/strength training with Richard Sullivan. Richard has over 30 years of experience developing athletes. The program will focus on speed, agility and body weight strength exercises. Coach Sullivan will target the athlete's ability to make quick and efficient directional changes. Athletic performance and injury prevention begins with developing stability, strength and flexibility in each and every athlete's movement.
